Every boot, pole, and ski should have a label, even if they’re tied together.
On the label for each item, inscribe your ID # followed by the item number, e.g. SMIB1, SMIB2, etc.
Don’t forget to mark the price!
Including a description of the item on the tag/label also helps: eg. size, type of boot/ski/binding.
Check in your equipment at designated times noted above from Oct 20th to 22nd at Nakk South or Gatineau Park. Your information must be completed electronically prior to checking in. Will electronic registration be available on-site on the Saturday? Well, it really makes things a lot easier if we have all your info the night before. But for a price (a suggested $5 donation to the Club), we’ll have an on-the-spot registration station available.
Come to the sale from 2pm to 3:30pm on Saturday, Oct 22nd.
Pick up any unsold equipment immediately after the sale and collect proceeds at 4:30pm (proceeds can also be delivered to a friend but you need to let us know details on the day of the Ski Swap). 10% of sale proceeds will be retained to support wax and equipment purchases for the Club.
