A reminder that the Sunday training session will be a long distance rollerski
To gain the most benefit from this session (and not Bonk!) each skier should:
eat a hearty breakfast,
rollerski with water (some ‘forgot’ their water last Sunday)
carry a small snack,
and
get a good sleep the night before
All will start and finish @ P8
8 am to 1030/11 am
S3′s to RS to the doldrums pullout for 810
then they will ski the Loop!
S2′s to meet @ P5 for 815
they will RS to Blacks Lake Hill and back
(with the possibility of skiing down to the Pinks Lake parking lot)
