On Sunday, January 21 at noon, there will be a dedication ceremony for John Burrows, a long-time Nakkertok volunteer who passed away in June 2017.  The ceremony will be held on Nakkertok North in Val-des-Monts.  Light refeshments will be served following the ceremony, .

All Nakkertok members and the public are invited to attend.

John was affectionately referred to as “the Bushman” for his ability to build anything in some of the most remote locations where Nakkertok skiers would go.

John started his involvement at Nakkertok back in the late 1970 and included stints as a LTS instructor, and as board member. He was the go-to guy for making new trails and building bridges in the middle kingdom, and was best known recently for all of his work associated with the maintaining the #1 trail from Nakkertok North to Nakkertok South.
