The Learn to Ski program focuses on the Nakkertok family which has been the foundation of the club for more than 40 years! The majority of our members joined because they wanted their children to learn cross-country skiing in a fun and family atmosphere.

The Bunnyrabbit and Jackrabbit programs, created by Cross Country Canada, have developed excellent skiing fundamentals across the country. Some of Canada’s top skiers are members of our club!

Our Fall Mud Monster Program begins the first weekend after Thanksgiving and runs for 9 consecutive weeks (October to December).

Autumn lessons are available in South Nakkertok on Sundays from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.

Our Bunnyrabbit and Jackrabbit snow winter programs start the first weekend after the New Year and run for 9 consecutive weeks (from January to March).

Winter courses are available in South Nakkertok:

Saturdays from 10h to 12h, or

Saturdays from 13h30 to 15h30, or

Sunday from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm

As well as in Nakkertok Val-des-Monts on:

Sunday from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm

Due to the success of the program, we are struggling to find enough volunteer coaches to maintain our instructor-student ratio. With this in mind, we hope you will understand our policy of asking parents to act as lead or assistant coaches – whether or not they have paid a fee to replace the cooperative’s commitment or that they did other cooperative tasks.

Please contact us at learn-to-ski@nakkertok.ca for more information!
